FEMA wheels with GFRP-rims and Al-hub with 6.1mm boring (expandable to 8.1mm). These high-quality tires are the ideal completion to our undercarriages. If the model weighs more than about 5 kg solid tires are the only alternative to the well-known pneumatic tyres. Solid tires stand up to the highest demands and are suitable for both grant sail planes and models with engine. The tires are extremely tough with an optimum damping. Extreme stress caused by the weight of the model does not, even at hot temperatures, lead to a flat tire. Though the tires are very sturdy they are also really light. You don't have to worry about the valves or about inflating our FEMA wheels! |
